Huynh Duc Minh (b. 1968) sits with his pregnant Filipino wife and his two daughters.  Huynh escaped Vietnam in May 1989 with 44 others; they arrived in Palawan in June 1989.  He and his wife were married 2001. Huynh reveals his despair about the recent news that the Vietnamese refugees who married Filipinos will not qualify for resettlement in a third country.
